1. When inserting images, always remember to add the alts (The text you see when you hover over the image) - (accessibility guidelines)
2. When adding a folder within a folder, remember you need to specify which folder you would like it in (parent directory)
3. Page names can be changed within the page itself, but remember the link to the page will change also.
4. When adding links, remember to add them into to the Link Page area first.
5. Remember when cutting and pasting from Microsoft Word, always remember to use the paste from word icon.
6. File formats for inserting images and links to documents accepted are as follows:
- Files must be less than 2000kb (2 Mb)
- Images cannot be larger than 2500px wide by 2500px high, if you have images larger than this you will need to resize them before uploading them
- JPG images(.jpg)
- GIF (.gif) images
- Adobe PDF (.pdf)
- Microsoft Word (.doc)
- Microsoft Excel (.xls)
- Music (.mp3)
File names must be unique, e.g. if you have already uploaded a file called apple.jpg, if you upload another file called apple.jpg it will over write your existing one.
7. Ensure headings within your page are in heading 1, and sub heading are in heading 2
